- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I honestly love the people that work at this dealership. Everyone is knowledgeable of all things Audi all while making you feel welcomed. If don't believe me go see for yourself. The message above applied 3-5 years ago. Currently this dealership customer service has plummeted significantly!! I called to schedule an appointment to get my car serviced. When asked if I would be able to receive a loaner I was told "Can someone follow you?" IF SOMEONE COULD FOLLOW ME I WOULDN"T HAVE ASKED FOR A LOANER GENIUS! This dealership needs to incorporate new protocols/systems for the service department. I'm sadden by what they've become.By Shane A, July 19, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★David Kuhne is an excellent Audi brand specialist and gave us a really good deal on a brand new car and a good deal on the trade-in as well. He did his best and we were thoroughly impressed. We would recommend him without a doubt. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to your dealership to inquire about purchasing a Q3 you had in the showroom. The finance person came out to tell me he would have to speak to his GM and they would call me back about a price that day. I texted later in the day inquiring again and the sales person told me he did not know if the finance person talked to his GM but whatever the price would be the same on Monday. I mentioned I was purchasing a vehicle that day and the dealership could have cared less and never got back to me. I would never shop your dealership as your customer service was non existent at best. I only gave one star as it was necessary to post this.By Jeanne Johnson, December 15, 2016
